Return and Refund Policy

At Tee's Tech Squad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom build. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Custom-built PCs and workstations are eligible for return only if they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items Because every build is configured to order, custom PC builds that have been used or altered are not eligible for return unless defective. Software licenses and digital downloads are non-refundable once activated.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your build arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
