Processing Time Custom builds are assembled, tested, and quality checked before shipping. Please allow [5-10 business days] for processing, in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

Packaging Every build is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. All systems are boot-tested prior to shipment.
Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Damage If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution.
